Why I became a Chiropractor?

I have always wanted to help others and make a difference. I know it sounds cheesy, but I did not want to just have a job. I wanted a career that made a difference in people’s lives. I have a passion for helping others. It’s that simple.

My uncle was my first Chiropractor. I went to visit him one day with an ear problem I was having. I am permanently deaf in my left ear, so when my sinuses get bad I can’t hear anything. I was super congested and was having issues hearing. He did this move on my ear that opened my estuation tube, and, I am not kidding, I could hear again. That moment was a game changer in my life. I knew what I wanted to do.

I went to Chiropractic school, and I graduated from Life University in Marietta, Georgia in 2010. I realized early on in school that I wanted to focus on correction. I was not interested in a rack-um and crack-um approach to Chiropractic. I wanted my patient to have lasting change. That is why I practice Chiropractic Biophysics and all my post doctorate education has been specifically centered on long term correction.

I am originally from Seattle, Washington. As a little kid my family visited Utah, and I knew this would be home someday. I love everything about Utah, especially the weather! I like to do just about anything.
